Have ya'll seen where Cousin Joe Sullivan, Principle of Gloucester High, has broken his silence, stood by his word, and spit in the eye of those who were trying to cover their asz by making him the fall guy?!

Seems like Cousin Joe told the truth to Time, and that Mayor Carolyn (Capt.) Kirk ("to boldly go where no moron has gone before") and Superintendent Chris ("even if it was a pact, so what?") Farmer might have been fudging a bit when they accused him of having a "fuzzy memory."
(That's right, Your Honors, got an unpalatable fact? Diagnose the source as having Alzheimer’s. Did either of you ever work for the Clintons?)
No wonder they were "uncomfortable" having him speak and answer questions!
Seems our Mr. Chips was not only where he SHOULD have been, with his finger on the pulse of his students, he was also less naive then Their Honors!
I suggest this says something about the Peter Principle in Educational Administration and Politics. The higher up you go in Gloucester the less in touch (even interested) in REALITY you are.
Cousin Joe loses points only for suggesting the Fertility Cult be left in anonymity.
If he really thinks the focus should be on DEALING with the RISE in teen pregnancies, then KNOWING what these girls were THINKING and WHY they did what they did is CRUCIAL!
The first step in THAT is identifying them and MAKING them TELL ALL!
Only way to KNOW what THE PROBLEM IS. And THAT is the only way to START to fix it!
