Indy 4 wasn't my only disappointment this week. I also caught a bit of the Libertarian Convention on C-Span and it was all I could do to keep from puking!
Now listen carefully all you morons who don't think things through--I'd LOVE to BE a Libertarian if they MADE SENSE--but THEY DON'T!!! Their political and Constitutional Theory has MERIT!! The way they APPLY it is MORONIC!!! And it PISZES ME OFF WITH THE DAMN DRUG CRAZED PORNO ADDICTS!!! They give Libertarianism and Constitutionalism a BAD NAME!
L.Neil Smith is a well know Libertarian Science Fiction writer and I LOVE his stuff! IT makes sense. BUT NOTE HIS Libertarians are NOT isolationist! They are Revolutionaries! Further, near as I can tell, there is no room for Religion in Smith’s Alternative Universe. Fine for Sci-Fi, but the FACT is that MOST AMERICANS are RELIGIOUS, you PsuedoliberTINEarian morons, so DEAL WITH IT!!!
To put it bluntly, you Porn and Pot Worshiping Pointy Heads, if you WANT to save the Constitution and our Liberties you MUST form ALLIANCES with RELIGIOUS people! Religious CONSERVATIVES most pointedly! You will FIND if you bother to think it through, that THEY AGREE with you, most of em, on nearly EVERY vital Libertarian Point regarding LIMITED Government and Constitutionalism. The Reagan Landslides PROVED this, but they AIN’T EVER gonna cotton to your PornoPot Agenda, nor your Isolationism. So you can keep putting THAT non-starter out FRONT like your Mr. Whimple look alike balding phart-bags did at your Convention (my GOD is that the BEST you can do? They were WORSE than Old Man McCain’t or Paul Potter, worse than Buchanan the Ancient) and FOREVER REMAIN an insignificant and marginalized gad-fly group; OR you can emphasize what the REST of the American people AGREE with you on and become a REAL Player in Conservative Politics.
Do you REALLY think a Commiqueer appointee like Ginsberg on the Court is going to let you KEEP your kiddieporn? The Feminazis will CRUSH you the moment they are in power!
